The Toronto Arts Council and the Toronto International Festival of Authors have partnered on Toronto Lit Up, an initiative designed to spotlight Toronto writers and empower local artists with career-building opportunities. The programme also gives curious readers access to their local writing community. Toronto Lit Up book release launches take place all year long at Harbourfront Centre and other venues across the city.
