A Taste of Colombia Cafe studio

Poetry&Prose open mic is back! Looking forward to seeing/hearing old friends and meeting new. Try to arrive 11:30-ish, to sign up (if you wish to read), have a bit to eat or a coffee, and choose your chair.

Theme: not necessary, but if you have related poems/flash texts, is Remembrance Day - so, brave soldiers, war, memorial topics, etc

Guest speaker is Mugabe Byenka, a well known author of a very successful book. He'll be on for 20 minutes plus a Q&A.

Poetry&Prose is FREE, but please support the cafe by getting a coffee or snack. They are very kind to support the arts by letting us have this space. And their homemade soup and salad is delicious! So are their scones.

Note: Do not park in the Denninger's (large) parking lot. They have a tendency to tow. You can park in the smaller one directly behind the cafe, or else on the street.
