We’ve got a Tag Team Slam this month where poets will have a chance to team up with a partner and bring the heat to the stage. Come out to the slam and experience the spirit of collaboration.

As usual the time limit is 3 minutes and 10 seconds with a 0.5 point deduction for every 10 seconds over. No props, No musical instruments and no hate speech. The time starts when you engage the audience, whether verbal or physical.

There will a 14 team cap on the slam signup. Slam signup goes up at 6:00PM. If the list exceeds 14 teams at 6:45PM, we will randomly select 14 teams to compete by drawing their names out of a hat. If you aren’t drawn, you will have 2 names in December slam’s draw. If you don’t get drawn that slam, you automatically will be slamming the January slam.
