Centre for Social Innovation - Annex
This year we'll be hosting roundtable discussions centred on a particular topic, along with our famous Books and Brunch, and a special evening with Eve Ensler. Full festival details can be found on our website.
Our first event of the Festival will feature three debut fiction writers discussing their process and their paths to publication. This event will feature:
Nadja Lubiw-Hazard, author of The Nap-Away Motel
Téa Mutonji, author of Shut up, You're Pretty
Zalika Reid-Benta, author of Frying Plantain
The discussion will be moderated by Samia Madwar
Doors open at 11 a.m. and the event will begin at noon.
The conversation will be 45-60 minutes, followed by a 15 minute audience Q&A.
Books will be for sale, and a formal book signing will close the event.
